Lightroom Studio Rules

By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to the following conditions

Lightroom Rules

  1. It is the responsibility of the user to take care of our property and inform us when anything is broken or misplaced.

  2. By scheduling your appointment you are accepting financial responsibility to replace any property including furniture, props and repairing any damages made to the facility during your designated time.

  3. It is the responsibility of the user to clean up after any messes and the sanitization of any props used during the shoot. Sanitization materials will be provided.

  4. Please be articulate, arriving on-time for your appointment and leaving promptly when or before your time expires. If you need additional time during your shoot or are going to be late for any reason, please reach out to us so that we can make the appropriate accommodations.

  5. Your reservation includes use of the studio, but does not include a photographer or use of any photo equipment.

  6. If you are bringing more than one photographer, please let us know ahead of time so that we can approve it.

  7. No nails or tape are allowed to be used on our walls. Command Strips are okay to use as long as they’re removed before leaving.

  8. No open flames of any kind.

  9. We are unable to offer any refunds or cancellations for any reason. If there is a need to reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice ahead of time.

  10. Due to the State of Utah’s guidelines on navigating the pandemic, we highly encourage adhering to social distancing guidelines where possible, and wearing a mask when in close proximity to individuals who do not live in the same household.
